Work Environment:

• Primarily office-based with regular site visits and showroom collaboration.
• Flexible schedules that may include remote work depending on project needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to develop and refine design concepts, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budgets.
• Source and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project goals.
• Review architectural and construction plans to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Lead project management efforts: budgets, timelines, approvals, and change requests from concept to completion.
• Conduct client presentations and guide clients through material and furniture selections.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Perform site visits to ensure designs are implemented flawlessly and address any on-site challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional interior design experience with exposure to FF&E, materials, and finishes.
• Residential and/or commercial interior design experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Passion for innovative design, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
