Position: Design Lead (Fashion Industry)

Location: Site Area, Karachi

Job Role:

• Lead the creative direction from concept to execution for seasonal Pret and Unstitched collections, ensuring the brand’s design language stays consistent, innovative, and trend-driven.
• Research global fashion trends, retail insights, and competitor strategies to maintain commercial relevance.
• Develop and present trend boards, color palettes, fabric selection, pattern direction and mood boards for the season, aligned with brand strategy
• Manage and mentor the design team to ensure creative consistency, design quality, and timely deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing teams for cohesive storytelling and product direction.
• Oversee final design selections — including colors, prints, embroideries, and technical drawings — before handover to production.
• Drive end-to-end creative processes with a strong aesthetic vision, problem-solving mindset, and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a reputable university.

Experience:

5–8 years of experience in apparel design, preferably with a retail fashion brand, including 3+ years in leadership role

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong eye for detail, leadership ability, and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with commercial awareness and team management experience.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
