Job Overview

The Product Development Associate will assist in creating, sourcing, and executing innovative gifting solutions across retail, e-commerce, and corporate channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, market awareness, and coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new product concepts, gift bundles, and seasonal collections.
• Conduct market and trend research to identify product and packaging opportunities.
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating product samples with vendors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to finalize product presentation and packaging.
• Maintain product documentation including costing, specifications, and development timelines.
• Support in preparing proposals and product decks for various channels.
• Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to ensure market relevance.
• Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning for new launches.

Qualifications & Skills

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in product development, merchandising, or gifting (internships acceptable).
• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and packaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Timing:

Night shift (Apply only if you are willing to work on night times)

Location: Defense Phase 08

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
