Doctor Chaser - DME Products

Job Description

We are looking for a Doctor Chaser for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) call center operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with healthcare providers and ensuring timely follow-ups on patient documents, prescriptions, and medical requirements to support the processing team.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday) with alternatives Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers to chase pending prescriptions and medical documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of doctor’s notes, medical records, and prescriptions.
• Maintain effective communication with the processing team to update case statuses.
• Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and compliance to HIPAA standards.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on incomplete or delayed documentation.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets and ensure smooth case closures.

Requirements

• Previous DME experience (mandatory)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology will be a plus
