About the Role
We are hiring a Product Manager – Medical Devices to lead strategic planning, brand development, and market execution for our medical devices’ portfolio. The role focuses on driving product growth, enhancing brand equity, and collaborating across teams to support DKT’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic product and launch plans for the Devices portfolio
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to performance tracking
• Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, sales, digital, and trade marketing teams for seamless execution
• Build and maintain relationships with gynecologists, distributors, and other key stakeholders
• Develop product literature, promotional materials, and training content for field teams
• Organize CME programs, symposiums, and speaker sessions for healthcare professionals
• Manage product budgets, forecasts, and ensure ROI-driven initiatives

Conduct joint field visits to assess market trends and product performance

Requirements

• Qualification: Pharm-D / MBBS and MBA Marketing
• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in product or brand management (preferably in medical devices or pharma)
• Skills: Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, vendor & project management, financial acumen

Strong communication, presentation, and medical knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
