Production Planning Manager

HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently looking for a competent & experienced production planning individual managing comprehensive materials and production planning & efficient production scheduling at manufacturing facility.

Position: Production Planning Manager

Location: Karachi-Sindh

Job type: 12-15 months HRSG contract

Description:

- Ensure shipments are cleared within free time and there’s no demurrage / storage / detention charges etc. This needs to be closely coordinated with Procurement & Finance Teams.

- Resolve invoice issues related to suppliers with the help of Procurement, Warehouse and Finance to avoid materials supply disruptions.

- Coordinates with suppliers, and appropriate plant personnel to meet month end targets. Recommends changes to procedures and work plans to improve overall management of inventory with objective of reducing inventory without increasing the risk of customer service issues.

- Maintains strong working relationships with all departments within the plant and with all external customers and suppliers.

- Resource will be responsible for E2E Factory Exports portfolio.

Requirement:

- Business, Commerce or Engineering graduate from a reputed institution with at least 6-8 years’ experience in FMCG environment is desirable.

- CSCP or CPIM certified is a plus.

- Command on ERP Systems, Advance Excel, Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint & Projects is mandatory.

- Strong grip on MRP, Warehousing & Logistics and Customs Clearance processes is a plus.

- Ability to plan, prioritize, organize work and resources appropriate to requirements.

Pay: Rs430,000.00 per month
