Senior IMC Planner

Job Overview:
The Senior IMC Planner will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and plans. This role requires a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop IMC strategies and plans based on client objectives, market research, and competitive analysis across all channels (digital, traditional, PR, events, etc.) for a leading CPG brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution across all channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform planning decisions.
  • Prepare detailed campaign presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media channels, and innovative marketing tactics.
  • Support the Account Lead in managing client relationships and delivering value
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience:
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing communications planning or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading campaigns for mid to large-scale brands.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategies.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing planning
