Right Solution is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our presence on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, Amazon FBA/FBM operations, and handling FBA returns, in addition to expertise in optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of analytical, operational, and strategic skills to drive sales and maximize profitability.

Job Responsibilities

· Managed and optimized product listings, pricing, promotions, and compliance across marketplaces.
· Handled FBA operations including shipments, inventory tracking, returns, and reimbursements.
· Planned and optimized PPC campaigns, analyzed KPIs, and improved ROI/ACoS.
· Coordinated inventory and orders with warehouse/supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overselling.
· Ensured excellent customer engagement by addressing inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.

Skills Required

• Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon (minimum 2 years).
• Expertise in Amazon FBA operations, including FBA returns and reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency in keyword research, SEO principles, and listing optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and PPC management tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

Package: up to 65,000 to 75,000 per month

Location: DHA, Karachi based
