Design Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team, where you will lead the design efforts for diverse construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in architecture and engineering, as well as excellent project management skills. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all design projects are delivered to the highest standards, within the allocated timeframe and budget.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements. You will also oversee a team of designers and consultants, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.

Key Responsibilities::

• Oversee the execution of design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to ensure quality and adherence to design principles.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in design processes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
• Mentor junior design staff and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management within the construction or architectural industries.
• Proven experience leading and managing design teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on quality control and compliance.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
