Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead design projects, ensuring client goals are met with innovative solutions
2. Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring timely project completion
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and cross-functional teams for seamless execution
4. Stay updated on industry trends and improve design strategies
5. Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in design management, preferably in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL) is advantageous
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
