Design Manager

Position Summary:

The Design Manager at WORKSPACE AE will lead the creative vision and execution for showroom projects, driving innovative design solutions that elevate our brand experience. This role blends design leadership with business acumen, requiring management of a talented design team while nurturing strong client relationships to support business growth. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design strategy and execution for WORKSPACE AE showrooms, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling solutions.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate client needs into design concepts that drive business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision, objectives, and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution from concept to completion.
• Contribute to sales strategy by identifying design opportunities that enhance client engagement and revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design innovations to ensure WORKSPACE AE remains at the forefront of showroom design.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in design management, preferably in commercial, retail, or showroom environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing design teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
