Design Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architects with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and managing projects within the entertainment sector, specifically in shopping malls, museum, family entertainment centers, and themed parks. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Revit and BIM , with a strong emphasis on BIM methodologies and execution projects. Experience with large-scale and fast-tracked projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion in the entertainment sector.
• Significantly contribute to BIM processes and execution projects to ensure project efficiency, accuracy, and integration of design information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and engaging designs.
• Utilize Revit and BIM software to create detailed architectural drawings and models, focusing on the digital representation of physical and functional characteristics of the project.
• Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, aesthetic goals, and client specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to contractor.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts, particularly highlighting the benefits of BIM in project execution.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in handling large and fast-delivery projects, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Experience in the architectural field, with a focus on the entertainment industry.
• Proven experience in working on large-scale and fast-tracked projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, and other architectural design software.
• Strong creative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant projects in the entertainment sector.
