About the Role

Artwing Studios is looking for an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead our design team and oversee the execution of high-quality visual outputs across multiple clients and platforms. This role requires a strong design background combined with leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on when required, capable of guiding designers creatively, and confident in managing timelines, feedback, and client expectations.

This is a full-time, onsite role suited for someone who can balance creativity with structure in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality output across all projects

Oversee creative direction for branding, digital, and social media design projects

• Review and approve design work to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives
• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Content, Performance Marketing, and other teams
• Translate client briefs into clear creative direction for the design team
• Manage project timelines, workloads, and resource allocation within the team
• Provide constructive feedback and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all visual deliverables
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in a creative or digital agency
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and social media design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
