Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our multidisciplinary design team. This role involves managing technical design projects, coordinating with engineers and clients, and ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compliant design outputs. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, engineering knowledge, and design management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and designers across multiple projects.
• Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define design scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain design processes, quality standards, and best practices across projects.
• Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide solutions to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated on engineering and design trends, software tools, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client-facing projects.
