Design Manager

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and manage the design process for our projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, coordination between disciplines, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all design activities from concept to execution
• Lead and review architectural and engineering designs
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure designs meet project scope, budget, and schedule
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design management
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Experience in real estate / construction projects
• Proficiency in design and project coordination tools
• Excellent communication skills
