General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Client’s representatives regarding project progress and design-related matters.

Support the implementation of project management procedures in accordance with contract requirements and Client procedures.

Assist in establishing and maintaining project procedures for Design and Construction Supervision Management (as applicable).

Review design deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of design documentation.

Monitor design progress and report any issues, risks, or delays to the Project Director.

Support the evaluation of design changes and potential variations that may impact cost or schedule.

Participate in design review meetings, technical workshops, and project progress meetings.

Coordinate with construction supervision teams to ensure design intent is properly implemented during construction.

Review reports submitted by design consultants and contractors and highlight any areas of concern or non-compliance.

Assist in identifying potential risks in the design process and recommend mitigation measures.

Ensure compliance with Hill International’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in design management or construction project delivery.

Professional certifications such as PMP, CIOB, RICS or equivalent are preferred.

Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of design coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.

Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
