Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Design Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead our design team and drive innovative façade solutions across high-profile projects. The role involves managing the end-to-end design process, ensuring all designs are technically robust, visually appealing, and delivered on time and within budget. This is a leadership position for a hands-on professional who combines technical expertise with strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of façade and aluminum designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, fabrication plans, and installation details.
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless design integration.
• Conduct design coordination meetings, addressing technical challenges and client requirements efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during execution, ensuring constructability and quality.
• Maintain compliance with UAE building codes, international façade standards, and safety regulations.
• Drive innovation by exploring new materials, systems, and design technologies.
• Streamline design workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, design standards, and libraries for ongoing and future projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and professional growth within the design team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of experience in aluminum and façade design, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience delivering façade solutions for high-rise, commercial, or landmark projects.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar 3D design and modeling software.
• Deep understanding of façade materials, curtain walls, glazing systems, structural principles, and thermal performance.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to balance innovative design concepts with practical, cost-effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
