Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Design Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead the design team for façade and aluminum projects. The successful candidate will oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and technically accurate designs that align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the aluminum and façade design team across multiple projects
• Develop conceptual, detailed, and shop drawings in coordination with architects, consultants, and clients
• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for design feasibility and execution
• Conduct design review meetings and provide technical guidance to the team
• Optimize design solutions for constructability, cost, and material efficiency
• Coordinate with BIM engineers for 3D modeling, clash detection, and fabrication drawings
• Stay updated with new materials, technologies, and design trends in aluminum and façade systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in aluminum, curtain wall, or façade design projects in UAE
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design/BIM software
• Solid knowledge of aluminum profiles, glazing systems, curtain walls, and façade materials
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• UAE driving license preferred
