Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly accomplished Design Manager Architect (Luxury Projects) to lead architectural design delivery across prestigious luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial developments in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage architectural design from concept through to completion for luxury projects.
* Translate client vision into creative, functional, and innovative design solutions aligned with high-end market expectations.
* Oversee design documentation, technical details, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Collaborate with MEP, structural, and interior design teams to achieve seamless integration of building systems and aesthetics.
* Curate the selection of high-end materials, finishes, and bespoke details to reflect luxury design intent.
* Conduct design reviews to verify compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications while maintaining premium quality.
* Manage coordination meetings and design presentations, addressing client feedback and ensuring full alignment with project goals.
* Mentor and guide architects, designers, and consultants to promote design excellence and innovation.
* Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction through transparency and responsiveness.
* Oversee project scheduling, deliverables, and budget alignment without compromising luxury design quality.
* Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions within the architectural vision.
* Stay current with global design trends, digital technologies, and sustainable construction innovations.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
* Minimum 16 years of architectural experience, with at least 10 years focused on luxury design and project management.
* Proven success in delivering large-scale, high-end residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp, with strong visualization and presentation skills.
* Deep understanding of premium materials, finishes, and detailing standards in luxury architecture.
* Knowledge of international codes, sustainable design principles, and UAE regulations.
* Professional licensure (RIBA, AIA, EXPRO, or equivalent).
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse design teams.
* Exceptional attention to detail and refined design sensibility aligned with luxury aesthetics.
* Experience collaborating with top-tier developers and design consultants in the luxury sector.
