Job Summary:
We are hiring a highly experienced Design Manager to lead design and technical coordination for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects in Doha. This role requires strong expertise in managing multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all design activities from concept to execution
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal technical teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, Ashghal standards, and project specifications
• Review engineering drawings, BIM models, and technical submissions
• Identify and resolve design issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Support project delivery through strong technical leadership and coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in design management within construction or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience with reputed contractors, consultants, or Ashghal projects
• Experience in equestrian / horse club projects is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, BIM coordination, and project lifecycle
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
