Design Operations Manager

Role Description

• Oversee and monitor all client inquiries, assign them to design consultants, and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Serve as the primary link between Sales Design Consultants, internal design teams, and operations, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
• Ensure a consistent and efficient workflow from client inquiry through project completion, identifying and resolving any delays or process gaps.
• Track and manage active design projects, maintaining oversight of timelines, deliverables, and communication checkpoints.
• Supervise daily operations within the furniture division, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with production and logistics.
• Develop and enhance operational processes to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the design-to-delivery cycle.
• Assist the CEO with strategic project oversight by providing regular reports, updates, and recommendations for operational improvement.
• Promote effective internal communication, ensuring smooth handovers between sales, design, and operations teams while maintaining accountability.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing results and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate project records, ensuring all design files, approvals, client communications, and production specifications are properly documented and accessible.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of Furniture selection and placement
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
