Design Project Manager

Job Requirements:
· Passion for design, leadership, and excellence in custom home building
· Ability to transform client’s vision from conception through completion
· Architectural or Interior Design degree preferred but not required
· Ability to read construction drawings and construction documents
· Understand space planning and design
· Artistic, creative, have a keen sense of style
· Ability to lead clients throughout home design and selection process
· Ability to create presentation drawings, specifications, and proposals
· Detail oriented and analytical
· Ability to work on cost estimating and stay within set budget
· Have excellent interpersonal skills, multi-tasker, able to work in fast pace custom home building company facilitating timely communication between clients, construction superintendent, suppliers, and trades
· Goal oriented, organized, dependable, positive, high energy, natural leader

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
