Design Project Manager

Overview

Job Details:

Lead and manage the complete design cycle of real estate projects, from defining requirements to final approvals and successful project completion.

Coordinate and supervise designers and project teams throughout all project phases, ensuring solutions comply with legal regulations, technical standards, and client expectations.

Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress closely, and identify potential risks while taking corrective actions to maintain deadlines and budgets.

Work closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration during the entire project lifecycle.

Prepare, review, and manage project contracts while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and financial requirements.

Oversee overall project execution and ensure efficient progress from concept development through final delivery.

Handle complex project challenges and support timely decision-making to keep operations running effectively.

Ensure all design documentation and project processes comply with construction regulations, planning requirements, and company standards.

Monitor project performance, prepare progress reports, and provide updates to senior management when required.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and design efficiency.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education in Design or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles.

At least 3 years of proven experience in team leadership and management.

Strong knowledge of construction regulations, design documentation, and territorial planning.

Proficiency in project management and design tools such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software.

Ability to work under pressure and handle complex or unexpected challenges effectively.

Independent, proactive, and responsible working style with strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
