Intermediate Architect / Job Captain – Build the Details that Bring Design to Life

We are looking for an Intermediate Architect / Job Captain who can lead document production, support technical and consultant coordination, and help ensure our projects are executed with clarity and precision. This is a critical role in the success of every project.
Your Role
- Lead the Drawing Development – Produce and manage construction documents that clearly communicate how the project gets built.
- Translate Vision into Reality - Work from design intent to create practical, code-compliant, and constructible solutions.
- Coordinate the Team - Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and internal disciplines to ensure alignment and reduce conflicts.
- Protect the Field - Deliver documents that are organized, accurate, and trusted by construction teams.
- Solve Problems Early - Identify gaps, clashes, or missing information before they impact schedule or budget.
- Support Construction Administration - Assist with RFIs, ASKs, and clarifications to maintain forward progress.
- Maintain Standards - Follow company documentation protocols and contribute to improving our systems and libraries.

What You Bring
- 3-5 years of architectural experience, ideally in residential or design-build environments.
- Strong technical documentation and detailing ability.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
- Experience coordinating consultants.
- Proficiency in BIM software (ArchiCAD preferred, others considered).
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Degree in Architecture; licensure path encouraged.
