Design Review and Permit assistant manager

A Design Review and Permit assistant manager should have a very good awareness to advise in masterplan design and follow up with the new urban community's authority till getting the approvals and have a good knowledge of the construction permit documents are in full compliance with the regulations and ensure all NUCA and construction permit deliverables are complete. A Design Review and Permit assistant manager will be responsible for submitting and preparing documents to NUCA and construction permit for getting approval as well as following up with them till the ministerial decree is approved.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in and follow up for attaining the structural approval from the structural review committee.
2. Participate in and follow up for attaining the fire and safety approval from Civil defense authority (CDA).
3. Participate in preparing and submitting permits documents to the 6th of October City council to achieve the final building approved license.
4. Following up with the authorities till the licenses are approved.
5. Represent the company during authorities site inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is a must.
• Minimum 7 Years of Experience.
• Knowledge of governmental affairs’ relevant codes and standards is a plus.
• Very good awareness in Urban design
• Good in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Written and Spoken).
• Preferred to be a Giza Resident.
