We’re a well-established, locally owned flooring company with decades of experience helping customers create beautiful, lasting spaces. We’re looking for a Sales & Design Associate who brings both style and substance—someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and guiding projects from first idea to final install.

This role blends sales, design consultation, and hands-on teamwork. One moment you’re helping a customer choose the perfect flooring, the next you’re coordinating details behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Help customers confidently select flooring that fits their space and style
• Prepare estimates and manage project details from start to finish
• Coordinate with installers and vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Step in as needed with warehouse organization, material staging, and inventory flow
• Support marketing efforts, including social media and community presence
• Work closely with the team to keep projects organized and on schedule

What You Bring

• Experience in flooring, interior design, estimating, home improvement, or related fields
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• A friendly, relationship-driven approach to sales and customer care
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed—no task too big or small
• Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus
• Interest in marketing or social media is a bonus
