Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences, providing expert advice on renovation, remodeling, and interior design projects
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Assist with merchandising, stock management, and POS transactions to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Collaborate with clients on account management, marketing initiatives, and follow-up services to foster ongoing satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Experience in outside sales, high-end sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on interior or lighting products
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively without pressure
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele; fluency in English required
• Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and technical details to clients
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations, POS transactions, and budgeting purposes
• Knowledge of merchandising strategies and retail math principles for effective product presentation and sales growth

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
