Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Assistant to support daily showroom operations in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. This entry-level, post-graduate role is ideal for a recent graduate in architecture, interior design, or a related field who is looking to gain hands-on experience within a premium showroom setting. The position offers exposure to high-end Italian design products, client interaction, and project support while working closely with the design and sales team.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. This role plays an important part in maintaining showroom presentation standards, assisting with client inquiries, and supporting administrative and design-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring the space is organized, clean, and aligned with brand presentation standards.
• Assist with client reception, including greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and directing them to appropriate team members.
• Provide administrative and project support to the design and sales team, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist in preparing showroom materials, product samples, and presentation resources for client meetings.
• Help maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and showroom inventory.
• Coordinate sample handling, shipments, and deliveries as needed.
• Support the team in updating and maintaining product displays and showroom layouts.
• Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (recent graduate preferred).
• Strong interest in contemporary design and high-end interior systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative in supporting team needs.
