- Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 + Bonuses
- Uncapped earning potential
- Earning potential of $75K to $150K annually
- 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering a great customer experience
- Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments for client design consultations
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Provide product suggestions, review measurements, estimate materials, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
- Keep the install team on track by sharing clear notes + photos
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Engage in networking events & prospect for new business
- Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Furniture Sales, Interior Design or similar role
- A valid driver's license & reliable transportation (REQUIRED)
- Able to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Personal & professional judgment
- Quick to help customers get what they need
- Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of RFMS is a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
