About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Design Sales Executive – Creative Solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling creative design and digital services including web design, branding, UX/UI, digital marketing, SEO, and logo design. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue by converting leads into clients and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, and social media marketing (SMM) into successful deals.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored creative design solutions (websites, branding, digital campaigns, etc.).
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and professional communication.

Performance & Collaboration

• Track sales performance, prepare progress reports, and adapt strategies for better outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and feedback from client interactions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales for design, creative, or digital agencies.
• Proven success in lead conversion, upselling, and client relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle multiple prospects efficiently.
• Familiarity with Bark.com, LinkedIn, or freelance marketplaces will be an advantage.
