Design Sales Manager (Night Shift)

Location: Block J, North Nazimabad, Karachi
Shift Timing: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

Techhood, a leading IT firm specializing in design and web services, is looking for a Design Sales Manager to lead and inspire our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the design sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales performance and team efficiency.
• Coordinate with management to improve processes and client satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manager or Team Lead in Design Sales, or a similar field (minimum 1–2 years in leadership).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of design-related sales processes and client management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a night shift environment.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
