Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Location: On-site – North Nazimabad, Block F

Overview
We are hiring on behalf of our client for a driven Design Sales Specialist to manage lead generation, qualification, consultation, and sales conversion for creative services such as graphic design, web design, branding, and related solutions. The role focuses on identifying international prospects, engaging them effectively, and converting qualified leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify international prospects through directories, websites, social platforms, and business databases.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of high-potential leads.
• Initiate outbound cold calls to introduce services and generate interest.
• Understand prospect needs and recommend appropriate design solutions.
• Handle objections with clarity and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
• Qualify leads using BANT or similar criteria to determine readiness.
• Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
• Prepare pricing options, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to support upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate communication of client requirements.
• Update all interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in the CRM.
• Track and report key sales metrics and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in international sales, lead generation, or cold calling, ideally within design, digital marketing, or creative services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and present design service offerings confidently.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working night hours for international markets.

Experience:

• Design Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• International Sales: 1 year (Required)
