Design Selections Coordinator

The Blue Pine Company Inc. is based in the Town of Wellington serving Northern Colorado. We are residential construction professionals specializing in providing homeowners with quality and affordable building and remodeling. We believe in strong customer communication with our client’s perspective and needs first.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

- Read and understand blueprints to develop final schedule of finishes.

- Create allowances within proposals for selections.

- Attend design meetings with clients to understand their vision

- Draft detailed plans and specifications for interior design projects

- Communicate with design clients regularly

- Assist client with choosing finishes.

- Create and organize either digital or physical design board for client.

- Source and organize samples and materials from vendors.

- Document client selections in Buildertrend including quantities and pricing.

- Create/maintain tracking product for product lead times and delivery coordination.

- Purchase items from selection list and arrange delivery.

- Attend weekly project development meetings.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Detail oriented and highly organized

Self-motivated and takes initiative
Be proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, email and project management software
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Good at data entry and multi-tasking

Proficient in Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite or other design software

Can read and understand blueprints

Basic material and construction knowledge

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work at office location in Wellington

Current and valid Driver’s License

Professional appearance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Remain in a stationary position, like standing or sitting for prolonged periods.

Adjust, move, and lift objects up to 40 lbs.

Able to use a computer for up to 9 hours per day.

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
