About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Design Strategist Lead who blends creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. If you're a design visionary who thrives at the intersection of art, strategy, and innovation—and can bring ideas to life with style, precision, and leadership—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Master of Visual Wizardry

• Design Brilliance: Create visually stunning, engaging content that tells compelling stories and elevates our brand across all platforms.
• Trendsetter: Stay ahead of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies; act as the internal expert for all things creative and visual.

Collaboration Ninja

• Team Synergy: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, cohesion, and excellence across all creative outputs.
• Communication Champion: Present concepts and creative directions with clarity and charisma—your presentations should rival the best TED Talks.

Innovation Dynamo

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field from a reputed design college/institution.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in design strategy, visual design, UI/UX, or related creative roles.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a mix of strategic thinking, creative innovation, and craftsmanship.

Job location – Goregaon East – Mumbai

Office timings – Monday to Saturday 10.30 am to 7.30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturday and all Sundays will be holiday)
