Job Requirements:
- Act as the primary host and design consultant for all clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Developers, Homeowners) visiting the Design Studio.
- Lead consultative sessions to understand client project requirements and provide expert advice on the company's product portfolio (MDF, laminates, chipboard).
- Manage the day-to-day operations and visual merchandising of the studio, ensuring it remains a premium, pristine, and inspiring brand experience.
- Oversee the studio's sample library, managing inventory and fulfilling sample requests for A&D clients.
- Track and report on studio footfall, client interactions, leads generated, and project conversions.
- Generate digital content and help build a community centred around the design studio.
- Support the B2B and Marketing teams by co-hosting small-scale events, workshops, and product launches within the Design Studio for the A&D community.
Essential Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of materials and colour theory to support effective design decisions.
- Possesses a refined aesthetic sense and design sensibility required for creating visually appealing work.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a strong advantage.
- Experience in managing and utilising social media platforms for branding purposes.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and preparing accurate reports to support workflow and client management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related design field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing, consultative role within the interior design, architecture, or high-end retail (e.g. furniture, tiles, lighting) industry.
- A strong portfolio or proven experience in design consultation and material specification.
