Job Purpose

The Studio Manager oversees OMQ’s creative studio, leading 2D and 3D designers, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality outputs, and alignment with the KSA team. The role ensures timely, accurate, and creative delivery for all event and exhibition projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily studio operations and workflow.
  • Supervise and review all 2D/3D design outputs.
  • Distribute tasks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with project and creative teams in KSA.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the design team.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of creative work.
  • Report regularly on studio workload, performance, and challenges.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years experience in events/exhibitions or creative agencies.
  • Strong understanding of 2D & 3D design workflows and production.
  • Previous experience managing designers or a creative studio.
  • Solid knowledge of design tools (3Ds Max, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Degree in Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or related field (preferred).
