Role Overview:

We are looking for a Design-Trainee to join our engineering team. This is an entry-level position, open to fresh engineering graduates as well as candidates with up to 2–3 years of relevant experience. The role involves designing and supporting the development of fixtures, tooling, and precision components, working closely with manufacturing and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CREO software
• Prepare engineering drawings with proper GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
• Assist in the design and development of fixtures, jigs, and workholding solutions
• Support manufacturing by providing accurate drawings and design clarifications
• Understand machining processes for ferrous and non-ferrous materials
• Participate in design reviews, revisions, and documentation Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams to ensure design feasibility
• Maintain proper design documentation and revision control

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: o Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CREO (Parametric)

Strong knowledge of Engineering Drawing standards

Good understanding of GD&T

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machining operations

Familiarity with fixtures and tooling concepts (preferred)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

Candidates with up to 2–3 years of relevant design experience will also be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
