Job Title: Designer – Interior - Fitout

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Interior Fitout / Design

Job Purpose:

To create, develop, and implement innovative interior design concepts for fitout projects, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and client-focused solutions that meet project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations for fitout projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, 3D visuals, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align design intent with execution.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
• Review and ensure design compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants for material approval and execution.
• Support the project team during tendering, procurement, and handover stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of design trends, space planning, and material selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
