Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to support the development of visual concepts, retail mock-ups, merchandise items, and technical presentations. The successful candidate will combine strong design expertise with technical execution, ensuring that all outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, project requirements, and client expectations. This role requires both creative innovation and practical problem-solving, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store & Retail Design Develop 2D and 3D mock-ups for retail stores, kiosks, and branded environments.
• Produce design solutions that are both visually appealing and operationally feasible.
• Ensure design intent is accurately translated into execution through collaboration with project and operations teams.
• Merchandise & Product Development Design branded merchandise and promotional items in line with project and client requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of produced items.
• Create detailed product specifications and design guidelines for production. Presentations & Technical Documentation Prepare professional, high-quality technical presentations and design decks for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Produce technical drawings and supporting documentation to facilitate project implementation.
• Maintain an organized archive of design concepts, files, and project documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, project management) to ensure design deliverables meet strategic objectives.
• Adapt and refine design concepts based on feedback and evolving project needs. Provide creative input and recommendations to enhance the visual impact of projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 3–5 years of professional experience in design, preferably within retail, events, or branded environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or equivalent) Presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of production processes (fabrication, printing, merchandise production). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Preferred Competencies Prior experience in retail space design, exhibitions, or event branding.
• Familiarity with regional suppliers and production processes within Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to work on high-profile projects with international standards.
