Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer with hands-on experience in modern design tools, video editing, and DTP (Desktop Publishing). The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to bring design ideas to life — across both print and digital media. Proficiency in Figma is a must for UI/UX design and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design marketing materials, brochures, banners, flyers, and social media creatives.
• Design UI/UX layouts using Figma for web and mobile applications.
• Work on video editing and motion graphics for social media, promotional, and corporate videos.
• Manage DTP production, ensuring accurate print-ready designs and file setups.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to translate creative briefs into visually engaging outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and upgraded tools for both digital and print platforms.
• Handle branding consistency, typography, color schemes, and visual storytelling.
• Optimize assets for web, print, and video platforms.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with Figma (for UI/UX design and prototyping).
• Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, or other DTP tools is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Video editing and basic animation/motion graphics skills.
• Experience working in a DTP or design center environment preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
