Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling 2D visual assets: social media graphics, brochures, event collateral, banners, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, print ads, e-learning slides.
• Develop 3D visuals: create models, textured renders or animations for event set-ups, exhibition booths, product visualizations, virtual environments (for online learning or MICE events).
• Create motion graphics and video content: short promo videos, explainer animations, event opening reels, animated infographics and e-learning video modules; edit, post-produce and optimize for various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with event production, marketing, content and e-learning teams to understand briefs, interpret brand guidelines and deliver visuals that align with strategic objectives.
• Manage asset libraries, maintain graphic templates, version control and ensure design consistency across multiple campaigns and formats.
• Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications (print bleed, video codecs, 3D render optimization etc.), adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Stay current with design, 3D, motion and event/education technology trends, and bring fresh creative ideas (e.g., VR/AR, interactive 3D, immersive projection) when applicable.
• Adapt assets for multiple channels (web, mobile, social, large-scale LED screens, live events) and collaborate with AV/production teams if required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, 3D Visualization or related field.
• Strong proficiency in 2D design tools: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrated experience with 3D modelling/rendering/visualization using tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max (or equivalent).
• Skilled in video editing and motion graphics: After Effects, Premiere Pro and audio/visual post-production.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: color, typography, layout, composition, lighting (for 3D) and animation timing.
• Portfolio showcasing integrated work across 2D, 3D and motion graphics/video — ideally including event visuals, educational/multimedia content or exhibition renderings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, responding to changing briefs and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills – capable of taking direction, presenting concepts, working with cross-functional teams and adapting based on feedback.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with awareness of technical production constraints (print specs, video formats, 3D render optimization) and brand control.
• Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to proactively suggest new visual methods or technologies (e.g., interactive 3D, VR/AR, motion design for events/education).

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

• Experience in the MICE/events, corporate conferences or e-learning/education sectors — familiarity with event visualization/render pipelines, live event LED content or educational animations.
• Experience with real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) or AR/VR applications for event or online learning scenarios.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design (for interactive e-learning modules or web/video platforms).
• Photography, sound design or live-event motion content experience.
• Multi-lingual design capability (English & Arabic) — beneficial for regional GCC audience.
• 3D rendering engine experience and/or high-end visualization for experiential environments.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
