Role Responsibilities:
01 Conceptualization & Ideation
Ideate, craft, and execute the design of original and iconic creative concepts in response to briefs, objectives, or goals
Develop stand-alone pieces as well as integrated campaigns material
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize directions/visuals/content of various media forms based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Creative thinker who has strong design skills.
Provide innovative solutions
Develop campaigns for various business needs
Understand characteristics of target audience and find effective ways to reach them
Respond to complicated briefs from stakeholders, make decisions and communicate an appropriate response/solution
02 Design & Production
Is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
Provide a rationale for design choices; assure design meets business objectives whilst creating a compelling journey across touch points
Generating drafts and mock-ups of proposed designs for internal review and make revisions.
Communicate effectively in order to understand the criteria of a project and deliver a carefully crafted design. Collect feedback on various projects and if necessary, adapt approach for future projects
Deliver content for variety of platforms: websites, digital and print advertisement in various forms, newsletter, Event collateral, information and reviews; testimonials; exhibitions; CSR initiatives and more
Based on feedback, amend designs and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing; on-brand; effectively deliver communication messages and on pre-set business KPIs
Determine the size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
Constantly refine the creative output to improve the campaign performance
Collaborate with vendors on samples and engage procurement for negotiations.
Work with marketing leads on defining the brand and product identities
Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials, original content, promotions, and initiatives
Create digital graphics for email communications, banners, websites, partner pages, etc.
Work with branding to maintain consistent feel and brand identity across all creative content utilizing the Brand Guidelines meticulously.
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
Elevate the brand identity and communication
Demonstrate proactivity in engaging with our current suppliers and vendors while bringing in new partners to elevate our creative collateral.
03 Project Management
Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion and takes ownership of the final products
View projects until completion internally and externally when requiring alignment with internal & external parties.
Deliver based on pre-set deadlines
Collaborate with fellow team members as well as colleagues from other areas of the business as and when required to ensure the timely product deployment.
Adhere to tight deadlines and online best practices with a strong attention to detail
Organize the pipeline for the marketing team and streamline the workflow.
