Hiring: UI/UX Designer | Mumbai (On-site)

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can transform complex problems into elegant, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, an eye for detail, and the capability to drive projects independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journeys, and problem statements
• Design user flows, wireframes, and intuitive information architecture
• Build high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes
• Ensure seamless handover and collaboration with engineering teams
• Plan and execute usability testing, iterating based on insights
• Contribute to and enhance our design system and UI component library

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX Design for responsive web and mobile apps
• Strong command of UX principles and visual design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD and prototyping workflows
• Experience working in agile teams
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end case studies and polished UI craft
• Bonus: Understanding of HTML/CSS and design system methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
