We want a designer who knows their craft and shows it through the work. You should be able to build strong concepts, explain your thinking to peers and clients, and handle feedback with a level head. The job is to create smart, on-brand designs that solve real problems and stand up to scrutiny.

You will work within our Brand Engagement team to develop audience-focused design across digital ads, social content, event and sales materials, presentations, and traditional media. Strong fundamentals matter. Clear reasoning matters. The ability to turn direction into sharp visual solutions matters.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients in a mostly remote environment. That means clear communication, confidence in working sessions, and steady professionalism from kickoff through completion. Trust is earned by being prepared, staying organized, and delivering work that lands where it should.

This role is for someone who brings thoughtful design, not ego or guesswork.

Responsibilities

These are the core responsibilities for the Designer role. They may evolve as client needs change.

• Create targeted, thoughtful, and visually strong work that speaks to client goals and audience needs.
• Participate in meetings and ask the questions that shape smarter creative decisions.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and other team members at every stage of a project to refine and deliver high-quality work.
• Bring a versatile design skillset that includes concepting, idea pitching, and execution across digital, traditional, social, print, and other channels.
• Maintain a sharp eye during review cycles and push the work forward with constructive and informed feedback.
• Interpret client feedback with clarity and respond in a way that strengthens the final product.
• Meet project milestones, keep work on track and on budget, and communicate progress to clients and internal teams.
• Clearly articulate the reasoning behind your design choices and how they support the client’s goals.
• Respond to client needs with professionalism, flexibility, and steady time management.
• Maintain a working understanding of design and marketing best practices across multiple channels and tactics.

What You’ll Need

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a similar field
• Experience in an agency or marketing environment is preferred
• Proven knowledge of:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Office
  • Print design and knowledge of printing techniques
  • Digital design
  • Multi-touchpoint campaign design
• A positive and collaborative mindset that shows up in the work and in team interactions
• A proactive mindset
• A strong sense of personal accountability and follow-through
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
