Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for an additional highly skilled and detail-oriented designer with draftsman capability to add to our growing team. The applicant will collaborate professionally in a team environment with our sales, project managers, production department, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of design to meet manufacturing and customer requirements
• Utilize graphic software to produce designs, proofs, and setup files.
• Attend project manager, production, and sales meetings upon request.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Analyze, interpret, and apply applicable codes, regulations, and requirements.
• Coordinate the project design with other team members, disciplines, contractors, owners, and external consultants.

Qualification

• Experience with graphic programs
• Experience with design and/or drafting
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities with consistent follow-through.
• Professional in demeanor and a true team player.
• Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Based on experience.
