Designer

We are seeking a creative and versatile Designer to join our organization and support multiple departments with professional design solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing creative designs, presentations, branding materials, project visuals, marketing content, and corporate communication materials as required across all business functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design capabilities, creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva along with other design software. The role requires flexibility to support technical, commercial, marketing, HR, administration, and project teams whenever design support is needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Branding

• Develop creative designs for company presentations, brochures, proposals, reports, social media content, banners, and marketing materials.
• Design corporate branding materials including company profiles, business cards, templates, signage, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing layouts and graphics aligned with company branding standards.
• Support Business Development and Tendering teams with proposal presentations and visual content preparation.

Multi-Department Design Support

• Provide design support to all departments including Projects, Procurement, HR, QHSE, Technical Engineering, Finance, and Administration whenever required.
• Prepare internal communication materials, event designs, training materials, certificates, and awareness posters.
• Assist in preparing project-related visual presentations, project progress graphics, and client-facing materials.
• Design content for digital platforms, company website updates, and social media channels.

Content Creation & Presentation Design

• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management meetings, project reviews, and client submissions.
• Develop infographics, templates, charts, and visual communication materials.
• Coordinate with departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.

Software & Design Tools

• Utilize Canva for daily creative design tasks and content creation.
• Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools when required.
• Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and visual content for professional presentation.

Documentation & Quality

• Maintain organized design files, templates, and branding assets.
• Ensure consistency in company branding, formatting, and visual standards across all materials.
• Manage multiple design requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Canva is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
• Strong experience in presentation design, branding, and digital content creation.
• Excellent creativity, visual communication, and layout design skills.
• Ability to support multiple departments and handle varied design requirements.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or corporate industries is an advantage.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
