DESIGNER/ ANIMATION EXPERT- DRONE SHOW

Key Responsibilities

• Design 3D drone formations (logos, symbols, text, shapes, landmarks, patterns) for drone light shows
• Arrange hundreds to thousands of drones accurately in 3D space using Blender and/or Maya
• Focus on formation structure, scale, symmetry, spacing, and visual clarity from audience viewpoints
• Create formation-to-formation transitions with emphasis on clean paths and minimal collision risk
• Prepare formation data for export to drone choreography / flight-control software
• Optimize formations based on drone count, minimum separation distance, altitude layers, and airspace limits
• Modify designs based on creative direction, site layout, and safety requirements
• Test and validate formations using previews or simulation tools
• Maintain clean scene organization, naming conventions, and version control

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Blender and/or Autodesk Maya (object placement, transforms, snapping, arrays, grouping)
• Excellent understanding of 3D coordinates, grids, scale, and spatial alignment
• Ability to design formations that read clearly from long distances and specific camera angles
• Strong eye for geometry, balance, proportion, and negative space
• Experience working with large numbers of objects efficiently in 3D software
• Ability to follow strict technical and safety constraints while maintaining creative quality

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
