Role Overview

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer who specializes in clear, structured visual communication. This role focuses on creating explainer-style visuals for educational courses, business content, and real estate concepts. The emphasis is on clarity, logic, and consistency—not social media trends or flashy animation.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate diagrams, systems, and conceptual frameworks
• Design and animate typography-led motion graphics
• Translate scripts and ideas into simple, intuitive visual explanations
• Maintain a clean, calm, and consistent visual style across projects

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in After Effects
• Proven experience creating explainer, business-focused motion graphics
• Ability to think conceptually and visually, not just execute animations
• Strong sense of structure, pacing, and visual hierarchy
