A Dairy Farm Company is seeking a highly creative, hands-on Graphic Designer to support its FMCG portfolio across its entities. This is a packaging-led role with strong exposure to brand identity, social media, content creation, and integrated marketing touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded and trend-aware, with a strong understanding of how FMCG brands compete on-shelf and online. Creativity is at the core of this role—you will translate brand strategy into high-impact, consumer-focused designs, delivering innovative concepts, on-trend visuals, and executional strong assets across multiple categories and platforms.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working end-to-end—from concept development to production-ready artwork—while also contributing to content creation, photography, and day-to-day design execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Visual Identity
- Maintain and strengthen visual consistency across company brands
- Apply, adapt, and evolve brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain brand assets, templates, and visual systems
- Support brand evolution while protecting brand equity across all touchpoints
Packaging Design (Core Focus)
- Design, adapt, and execute FMCG packaging across multiple categories and SKUs
- Ensure strong on-shelf impact, clarity, and differentiation
- Develop mockups and production-ready artwork
- Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure accurate execution
- Ensure compliance with local and international labelling regulations
- Balance creativity with functionality, cost, and sustainability considerations
Marketing, Social & Content Creation
- Design content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), digital campaigns, and POSM
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions (e.g., Ramadan, Back-to-School)
- Contribute to content creation, layouts, and short-form copywriting
- Capture and edit high-quality photography for products, campaigns, and social media (camera required)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams across all group brands
Creativity, Trends & Execution
- Creativity is central to this role: deliver innovative, trend-aware, and commercially impactful design work
- Stay ahead of FMCG, packaging, and social content trends and apply insights to design output
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery
- Support both concept development and hands-on execution across projects
Technical Skills & Software Essential
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Strong knowledge of print production workflows, packaging layouts, dielines, typography, and layout systems
- Solid understanding of printing techniques, materials, finishes, and CMYK/Pantone workflows
- Photography and photo editing (own camera required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Added Advantage
- Basic motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere)
- Video editing for social and digital campaigns
- 3D packaging mockups or prototyping tools
- Experience with packaging dielines or structural design software
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and social content creation
- Arabic language skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience, preferably within FMCG
- Strong portfolio with packaging-heavy FMCG work
- Proven ability to develop on-trend, consumer-focused, and commercially effective designs
- Comfortable working across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
