Job Title: Designer & Product Development Executive / Manager (Retail)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer & Product Development professional to lead the design and development of retail products from concept to final production. The role requires a strong understanding of market trends, materials, and customer preferences, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercially successful products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and develop new product lines in line with brand identity and market trends
• Research global trends, materials, colors, and finishes to create innovative and competitive products
• Prepare design briefs, sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications for product development
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product feasibility, quality, and cost efficiency
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from sampling to final production
• Conduct product testing and quality checks to meet brand standards
• Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and marketing teams for product positioning and launches
• Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to refine future collections
• Ensure timelines are met for product launches and seasonal collections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Development, Fashion, Interior Design, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in product design and development within retail or lifestyle brands
• Strong creative and technical design skills
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, or similar)
• Good understanding of materials, production processes, and costing
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in home décor, furniture, fashion, or lifestyle retail
• Ability to translate trends into commercially viable products
• Strong communication and vendor coordination skills
• Attention to detail with a passion for innovation and aesthetics

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
